Method Of Sada Paan

Let’s start the recipe of banarasi paan sada. First of all, wash and dry the Paan. Then after that take out the bad leaf or cut it. after that apply two to three pieces of kattha with a kattha stick. then put a little lime (चूना) in it, keep in mind that the quantity of lime (चूना)should not be excessive. Then put 1-2 bete(सुपारी)and surati (सुर्ती ) in it according to your test. and eat it after turning it well and enjoying it.

  2.  pinch of catechu (चुटकी भर कत्था)
  3.  paan chutney (चटनी )
  4. tutti frutti
  5.  mukhwas kesari (meethi supari)
  6. conserve of rose (गुलकंद )
  7. dry dessicated coconut (सूखे नरियाल का चुरा )
  8.  betel leaves (पान का पत्ता )
  9. cherry (चेरी )

Method Of Metha Paan

 After that put heera mote on it. than putconserve of rose (गुलकंद ), dry dessicated coconut (सूखे नरियाल का चुरा ), paan chutney,(चटनी )tutti frutti  turn it well. Then apply Charry on it with the help of a toothpick. Then apply for gold or silver plate in it and present it.
